Grapes: product of a careful harvest of a purest Sangiovese grape, with a rigorous choice of the best bunch of grapes and the subsequence wine celler.
Fermentation: naturally for 12-15 days, at a controlled temperature of 30°C.
Refinement: about 12/18 months in Oak barrique and subsequently in bottles.
Colour: intense Ruby Red from an ample refined fragrance.
Alcohol grade: 13,5%
Complements: first course of meat, second course of red meat, lamb, pork shin.
