Grapes: product of a careful manual labour harvest of Sangiovese e Ciliegiolo grapes.
Fermentation: naturally for 8-10 days at a controlled temperature of 30°C.
Colour: intense Ruby Red from an elegant fragrance of ample fresh fruit, rightly tannic and of good appearance.
Alcohol grade: 13,5%.
Complements: red meats, chicken, cheeses.
